CLARIFIER

The clarifier is very similar in function to the DELTA or FINE TUNING. Especiallly important for SSB operation, it allows you to tune the receiver frequency slightly so that you are receiving the station you are listening to exactly on frequency. Its called a clarifier because on an SSB signal it really does clarify reception.
